Summer Fondue Party
It's the perfect summer party fun food. Gather your friends around the Fondue Pot and let the fun begin. We will dip hot pretzels into the perfect Pub Fondue by combining beer, cheddar cheese and Dijon mustard. We’ll also be dipping a variety of cubed breads into a Danish Fondue consisting of bacon, caramelized onions and several wonderful cheeses. Then we will create a wonderful Exotic Mushroom Fondue to serve with cubed cheeses and thick sliced cold cuts. We'll finish the evening dipping diced apples, pears and pound cakes into a sinful Butterscotch Fondue. Get your friends together and join the fun.

Classic French Cuisine - Our menu will be classic French Onion Soup with an Asiago Garlic Crouton, Mixed Wild Greens Salad with Orange segments, fresh Raspberries and Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing and Fried Cheese Points, Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin stuffed with Feta, Basil, dried Apricots, Apples, and Cranberries served with Apricot Chardonnay Glaze. Cinnamon, Apple, Cranberry Compote served in a Puff Pastry Shell and drizzled with a Hot Grand Marnier Sauce.
